Boston:
Upon arrival into Logan, proceed to baggage claim area (lower level) to luggage. Then call 1-800-526-8143 so we may give you instructions for the pick-up location.
Forms Of Payment
- Cash Or Travelers Checks
- Local Personal Checks accepted from VT, NH, And MA
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover must be submitted at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged for any reservation not canceled 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 4 hours of reservation will be charged full fare.
Surcharges
- On arrivals between hours of 12am - 6am, VIP rate applied.
- On departures, arriving to airport prior to 6am, VIP rate applies.
- $4.00 for each bag in excess of two, except carry on.
- $5.00 each for skis, golf clubs, kennels, and bicycles.
- Early morning fee of $10.00 for shuttles arriving at airport at scheduled 6:00 AM arrival.
- Late pick-ups at airport (meeting arrivals between 9:30PM and 12:00AM) have an additional charge of $10.00.
- Holiday rates additional $20.00 for New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
- Fuel surcharges may be applied because of fluctuating fuel prices.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms
- Shared van service, except when private service has been requested.
- Baggage Allowance: Two suitcases and one carry-on. Additional and/or oversized items, subject to additional charge. Passenger must advise Thomas Transportation of additional items at time of reservation
- All rates effective as of January 1st, 2007.
- Shared Shuttle Service.
- Thomas Transportation is not responsible for luggage lost or left in vans. Passengers are accountable for checking all luggage and items into and out of vans.
- Thomas Transportation is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including weather and traffic conditions.
- Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
- Closed after 12:00pm Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
