| Arriving Passengers:
Upon arrival into Manchester, proceed to the baggage claim
area to retrieve your luggage. Then call 603-352-5550 from
your mobile phone, or 1-800-526-8143 from a payphone so we may
give you directions to the pick up location |

Local personal checks accepted from VT,
NH, and MA.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners
Club and Discover must be submitted at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
-
A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged
for any reservation not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
-
Cancellations within 6 hours of reservation
will be charged full fare.
-
All "No Shows" will be charged full fare,
as well as a 15% gratuity for the driver.
Surcharges:
-
On arrivals and departures between the hours
of 10pm and 6am the Private Service rate applies.
-
Early morning fee of $10.00 for shuttles
arriving at airport on scheduled 6:00am shuttle.
-
$4.00 for each bag in excess of two, a excluding
carry on.
-
$5.00 each for skiis, golf clubs, kennels,
and bicycles. You must inform us of these items at time
of reservation.
-
Holiday Rates: An additional $20.00 will
be added for New Years day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th
and Labor Day.

Fuel surcharges may be applied because of
fluctuating fuel prices.

Prices are subject to change without notice
Terms:

Shared van service, except when pricate
service has been requested.

Baggage Allowance: Two suitcases and one
carry-on. Additional and/or oversized items subject to
additional charge. Passengers must advise Thomas Transportation
of additional items at time of reservation.

All rates effective as of January 19, 2010.

Thomas Transportation is not responsible
for items, including luggage, lost or left in vehicles.
Passengers are accountable for checking all items into and
out of vehicles.

Thomas Transportation is not responsible
for delays beyond our control, including weather and traffic
conditions.

Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
-
Closed after 12:00pm Christmas Eve and New
Years Day after 5:00pm.
