Terminal A

  • Alaska Airlines

  1. After disembarking from the plane, call the office to check-in and receive the latest instructions about your transportation
  2. Collect your luggage and proceed outside to meet your ride:
    • Shared Shuttle Van Service: At the LOWER LEVEL, go to the far left end and exit the terminal. Cross over the two inner lanes of traffic and turn to the right to the Shared Shuttle designated pick up area in the first lane of the outer area.
    • Private Sedan: At the LOWER LEVEL, go to the far left end and exit the terminal. Cross over the two inner lanes of traffic and proceed straight into the designated Limousine pick up area.

  2. Collect your luggage and proceed outside to meet your ride:
    • Shared Shuttle Van Service: Go to the LOWER LEVEL, proceed outside and go to the yellow columns marked "Scheduled Vans/Shared Shuttle".
    • Private Sedan: Go to the UPPER LEVEL, proceed outside and go to the yellow columns marked "Limo".

  2. Collect your luggage and proceed outside to meet your ride:
    • Shared Shuttle Van Service: Go outside at the LOWER LEVEL and take any of the three crosswalks to the fourth island out, look for markings on the yellow columns that say "Shared Shuttle".
    • Private Sedan: Go outside at the UPPER LEVEL and take any of the three crosswalks to the fourth island out, look for markings on the yellow columns that say "Limo".

  1. After you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, call the office to check-in and receive the latest instructions about your transportation.
  2. Proceed outside to meet your ride:
    • Shared Shuttle Van Service: Walk to the far left end of the LOWER LEVEL of the terminal and proceed out through the last door, cross the first roadway, go to the left and look for SCHEDULED VAN/SHARED SHUTTLE markings on the yellow columns.
    • Private Sedan: Walk to the far left end of the LOWER LEVEL of the terminal and go outside through the second to last door. Cross two roadways to the LIMO parking area on the left, where your driver will meet you.
